Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped you should receive your item within an additional 3-5 business days.
Local Pickup
If you are local to me and want to arrange for a pickup then contact me to schedule a time.
Shipping Information 
Please make sure to check your shipping address carefully before placing your order with us.
We do not take responsibility for the loss of a package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
We do not take responsibility for any shipping delays that happen once the package has been received by the shipping carrier, however we will try our best to help in resolving the delay.
Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order.
Returns
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. With that being said, I want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your order please reach out so we can find a solution.
Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
